If needed, I will create sample boards, drawings or color rendering (see inset) so that you will have a good idea of the finished effect. There is a fee for the renderings and a percentage of this cost is applied as a rebate to the final bill if you hire me. If you do not, you have paid me for my time and I will retain the renderings unless arrangements are made prior to the commencement of work. Designs that I create in renderings are protected by copyright laws and cannot be used by another artist unless a premium is paid and I release the artwork. (I hate this part, but it has to be said!)

If the job is very complex, I may quote on a day rate. Repeat customers generally receive discounts. Most pricing is plus the cost of supplies. I do not mark up supplies. When we are in agreement on the finished design and we are ready to start, I require a 50% deposit to commence work. The balance is due when the work is complete. On extremely large jobs, incremental payment arrangements can be made in advance.

On average, most of the jobs seen in this website took from three to four days . The range of pricing for jobs shown here is from $200 to $12,000. Some of the larger commercial work took as long as three weeks. But big or small, simple or complicated, you can be assured you will receive an accurate quote before we start, get the highest quality work and completely enjoy the experience. In addition, I have extensive references and will be happy to provide them upon request.
